Position Overview: Eralux is seeking a meticulous and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Orders & Quotes Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in processing customer orders & quotes accurately, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring seamless interactions to uphold our reputation for superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately enter customer orders & quotes into Eralux’s order management system.
  • Provide timely and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding order status, product specifications, shipping details, and general inquiries.
  • Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on order progress, resolve any issues or concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as sales, production, and logistics to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of customer service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or a related field within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer concerns.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or relevant field is advantageous.
