Key Responsibilities

• Develop a social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s voice and ethos, aimed at boosting engagement, follower count, and overall brand awareness.
• Utilize industry insights to create fresh, relevant, and trend-responsive content.
• Design eye-catching graphics and edit videos to a high standard, ensuring they are aligned with our brand’s aesthetic.
• Basic video editing to create engaging and informative short videos for our social media channels
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotion of new product launches.
• Be an active member of team to help support customer service

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Previous experience or a strong interest in social media management and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite and video editing software.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
