Key Responsibilities
- Develop a social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s voice and ethos, aimed at boosting engagement, follower count, and overall brand awareness.
- Utilize industry insights to create fresh, relevant, and trend-responsive content.
- Design eye-catching graphics and edit videos to a high standard, ensuring they are aligned with our brand’s aesthetic.
- Basic video editing to create engaging and informative short videos for our social media channels
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotion of new product launches.
- Be an active member of team to help support customer service
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience or a strong interest in social media management and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite and video editing software.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
